Dipped, Delicious and Adorably Easter Chocolate Covered Strawberries

If Easter were a dessert, it would be these chocolate-covered strawberries — sweet, vibrant, and too cute to eat (almost). Even better, no fancy skills are required, so let's hop to it!

    What You'll Need

    • A punnet or two of Strawberries
    • Orange, White, Chocolate and Baby Pink Chocolate Drip
    • Piping Bags (you can use Ziplock bags if that's all you've got at home!)

Like its namesake, Orange is bright, zesty and brings the energy! Unlike its namesake it doesn't grow on trees (we wish!) and best served on top of cake.

    Method

    Dip the Strawberries

    • Melt the Orange and White Chocolate Drip as per the instructions on the bottle. Empty half of each bottle into two small bowls that will allow for easy dipping.
    • Dip half of the strawberries into the Orange Chocolate and half in the White, rotating to ensure a full and even coverage.
    • Place the covered strawberries onto a piece of parchment and allow to set.

    Decorate the Strawberries

    • Start with the carrot design. Re-melt the Orange Chocolate Drip and empty into a Piping or Ziplock Bag.
    • Holding the Strawberry, quickly drizzle the chocolate back and forth, piping further than the edges of the strawberry so there's no rough edges.
    • Set aside to set.
    • To create the bunnies, melt the White, Baby Pink and Chocolate Drips and empty into Piping or Ziplock Bags.
    • Use the White Chocolate Drip to pipe two small lines at the top of the strawberry to create ears. Pipe some Baby Pink lines over the top of this. Use the Chocolate coloured Drip to pipe two small eyes and whiskars with a Baby Pink nose in between.

Set aside to harden and enjoy!
