How to Use Gloss Frost.
Gloss Frost is best used at a texture similar to soft-serve ice cream. It will be firm when coming out of the bucket so to unlock the silky-soft, high-gloss frost simply pop it in the microwave (with the lid off) for 30 second intervals, mixing in between, until you reach the desired texture.
If your Gloss Frost is too soft:
Pop it in the fridge for up to 5 mins and give it a good stir when you take it out. If it's been in the fridge too long and it's too firm, follow the steps above to get it back to its silky soft finish.
If your Gloss Frost has crystallised:
If your Gloss Frost has small crystals in it, don't stress, this is the perfectly natural result of rapid changes in temperature (e.g. going from our cool-room to a hot delivery truck!). Simply pop the bucket in the microwave for 30 seconds (with the lid off), giving it a good stir once removed and repeating this process until the crystals have disappeared.

" I used Gloss Frost for the first time yesterday and can hand on heart say this product is going to help A LOT of bakers - especially busy mums, for those times a batch of BC failed, in a pinch or for piping practice. I was worried about the taste but it's absolutely fine and piping with it is a dream! It takes colours so well too." - Chalene @bakedbychalene

"I normally make my own swiss-meringue buttercream, but running low on time I purchased this for my son's first birthday cake. It was brilliant! It took colour easily, was vibrant, a quick mix and it was easy to pipe and smooth. It looks just fantastic and tasted great! Will definitely be purchasing and using again" - Tara G.
