    What You'll Need

    • 1 x 6" cake (any flavour)
    • Oil Blend - Lime
    • Chocolate Drip - Green
    • Gloss Frost - 1 cup
    • 700g Candy Melts
    • Popsicle sticks
    • Assorted sprinkles for decoration

    Prepare your filling

    1. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
    2. Gradually add ½ cup of Gloss Frost and mix with a spoon until the mixture looks like wet sand but is not completely smooth. If the mixture feels too dry, add the remaining ½ cup of Gloss Frost.
    3. Flatten the mixture evenly onto a sheet of baking paper, shaping it into a long rectangular strip.
    4. Place the mixture in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour.
    5. Once the cake mixture is firm, cut it into triangles to form the "trees."

    Assembly

    1. Melt the candy melts in a bowl and colour with Lime Oil Blend.
    2. Transfer the melted candy melts into a tall jar or glass.
    3. "Glue" a popsicle stick to the base of each triangle using a small amount of melted candy melts. Allow it to set.
    4. Dip each cold cake pop triangle into the melted candy melts, ensuring even coverage. Place them on a silicone mat to set for a few minutes.
    5. Drizzle the Green Chocolate Drip over the cake pops to mimic tinsel and decorate with assorted sprinkles to complete the festive look.
    6. Allow the cake pops to fully set before serving or packaging.
